General Warranty Policy

Based on the following two factors, Luyuan implements the matching system warranty:
1、The quality of LUYUAN parts and vehicles has reached a high level. The repairation rate of the most parts is controlled in 0.3%.
2、Due to export logistic and local market geographic elements: It is impossible to return failed parts easily at low cost,it is impossible to detemine whether the component is a quality problem or man- made caused.

Therefore ,LUYUAN does not confirm faults and provide corresponding warranty for regular or individual fault.
Luyuan provides free accessories according to a certain proportion of the total transaction amount of products in each order. LUYUAN will provide the parts list for the first order; the customer would be list the parts according to the accessories book and actual needs for the second batch orders.
Customers can purchase accessories that exceed this proportion free part first.The excess money can be rolling accumulation in follow-up orders.

Special Warranty Policy

After two parties confrimed that it is a mass-quality part or vehicle quality problem, the warranty ratio is not limited by the general warranty policy. After The warranty is carried out according to the actual situation according to the following scheme.

1、LUYUAN provides the replacement parts or repairable parts , then replaced or repaired by the customer locally.
2、When the customer still can not replace or repair after guide by the written documents and video. LUYUAN will send engineers to guide and assist the customer operation in local. The customers should provide necessary visas and assistance in local life.

Please consider the following two factors in actual time:
1、The period of time from the product delivery time to the final consumer, including shipping time andstock time.

2、Consider the warranty period of local competitors' products, LUYUAN can reduce or increase the warranty period.

Liquid cooled E-vehicle Key compenents	Liquid cooled	48-60 months	The motor can be replace when the coil missedor burned, magentic steel demagnetized or failed off, wheel hub cracked, motor shaft fault and other quality issues and can not be repaired. Motot hell burnout, bearing with abnormed noise or cracked will have 15months Three Guarantees. Due to insufficient tire pressure and continuing to drive through speed bumps, pits, etc., the deformation of the wheel hub will not be guaranteed.

	Frame	72 months	It can be replaced as it cannot be repaired due to product performance failures or quality problems. Damage caused by impact, unauthorized modification etc., is not Three Guarantees.
	Integrated wiring harness	72 months	It can be replaced as it cannot be repaired due to product performance failures or quality problems. Damage caused by impact, unauthorized modification etc., is not Three Guarantees.
Battery	Lead Acid Battery	12 months	The discharge capacity is less than 70% checked by discharge meter at (20±5)°C ambient temperature. According to the production date, the customer can replace the new battery in the first 6 months, or replace the maintenance battery if the date less than 6 months. (Except for accessories such as related locks, battery box, charging holes, battery box handles, etc.) (Note 1, Note 3)
	Graphene high- energy battery	18 months	The discharge capacity is less than 70% checked by discharge meter at (20±5) °C ambient temperature. According to the production date, the customer can replace the new battery within 18 months. (Except for accessories such as related locks, battery box, charging holes, battery box handles, etc.) (Note 1, Note 3)
	Lithium battery	24-36 months	The discharge capacity is less than 60% checked by discharge meter at (20±5)°C ambient temperature. According to the production date, the customer can replace the new battery in the first 24 months, or replace the maintenance battery if the date less than 12 months. (Except for accessories such as related locks, battery box, charging holes, battery box handles, etc.) (Note 2, Note 4)
	Lithium battery (Smart Edition)	8-60 months	The discharge capacity is less than 60% checked by discharge meter at (20±5)°C ambient temperature. According to the production date, the customer can replace the new battery in the first 30 months, or replace the maintenance battery if the date less than 30 months. (Except for accessories such as related locks, battery box, charging holes, battery box handles, etc.) (Note 2, Note 4)
Charger	6SC/Fully Sealed Six Protection Charger	12 months	It can be replaced as it cannot be repaired due to product performance failures or quality problems. Damage caused by impact, unauthorized modification etc., is not Three Guarantees.
Charger	7th generation intelligent charger/intelligent fast charge/super fast charge	24 months

Note 1: When the ambient temperature drops to 0°C, the battery capacity will drop by about 15%; when the ambient temperature is - 10°C, the battery capacity will drop by about 25%.
Note 2: Lithium batteries must be charged within the ambient temperature range of 0°C~45°C; and must be discharged within the ambient temperature range of -20°C~45°C.
Note3 : Battery capacity test implementation standard: valve-regulated lead-acid battery for electric mopeds GB/T22199.1-2017 (5.5.1-5.5.4)
Note 4: Battery capacity test implementation standards: lithium-ion batteries for electric bicycles GB/T 2947.3-2008, GB T 36972- 2018
Note 5: All above accessories is no Three Guarantees.

E-Vehicle Body	Instrucment assembly , commutator, display motherboard, remote alarm, hooter, buzzer, Speedmeter, Combination Switch,horn, brake lever(Power off switch line),air switch,GPS, one-button start,Single/double bracket,Back hanger,Front wheel,Alu.wheel rim,Hub brake,shock absorption, front forks,bottom axis ,crankset, crank,anti- theft Main Stand Lock, disc brake	12 months	It can be replaced as it cannot be repaired due to product performance failures or quality problems . Damage caused by impact, unauthorized modification etc., is not Three Guarantees. It is 6 months guarantee for shock absorption, oil spilling and stuck.
E-Vehicle Body	Painting Parts	12 months	It can be replaced if peeling, cracking, and blistering are more than 1 cm2 which caused by painted quality.
	Guard bar	12 months	It can be replaced if Peeling, rust and other phenomena.
	Tubeless tyre	12 months	Internal natural cracks, broken wires, bulges and air leakage of valves can be replaced. If they are damaged due to poor road conditions, they will not be guaranteed.
	LED light	9 months	It can be replaced as it cannot be repaired due to product performance failures or quality problems . Damage caused by impact, unauthorized modification etc., is not Three Guarantees.
E-Vehicle Body	Lamp assembly, USB interface, single support power switch, mobile phone charger, seat assy, flywheel, rearview mirror, chain, aluminum footrest, cushion lock plate, car basket	6 months	It can be replaced as it cannot be repaired due to product performance failures or quality problems . Damage caused by impact, unauthorized modification etc., is not Three Guarantees.

Non-warranty terms

1、Based on the scope and time limit of the Three Guarantees, it is not able to have Three Guarantees service if all exceed time and scope limited.
2、Standard parts such as ordinary bulbs, inner tubes, oil pipes, ordinary brake blocks, screws and nuts, decorative parts, black parts, pedal skins, fuses, valves, spokes and other wearing parts and consumables, all subject to the scope and time limit of the Three Guarantees. It is not able to have Three Guarantees service if all exceed time and scope limited.
3、Advertising promotion, gift items
4、Damage caused by irresistible factors such as earthquakes, typhoons, fires, floods, lightning strikes, smoke, drugs, chemical corrosion, traffic accidents, etc.
5、The user does not enjoy Three- Guarantees and would bear all related responsibilites , if some one refits, disassembles, and destroys the state of parts by himself, and damage to other parts caused by non-original use.

6、The fault caused by human factors such as crashes, overloading, private modification, no use original accessories, and no opearation according to the instruction.
7、No warranty card, car purchase invoice, receipt, certificate, etc., the ticket does not match the card, and the attachments are incomplete No warranty card ,
8、The trademarks and seals from charges , controllers etc are artificial tearing.The lock key is broken inside.
9、The battery is damaged due to power loss, swelling, liquid leakage, soaking, and external factors.
10,Due to insufficient tire pressure and continuing to drive through speed bumps, pits, etc., the deformation of the wheel hub will not be guaranteed.
