The liquid-cooled motor solves the problems of heat dissipation, efficiency reduction, and waterproof and dustproof during the use of the motor. The effective service life of liquid-cooled motors is three times that of ordinary motors. Therefore, the liquid-cooled motor has obtained 7 national patents. Since it launched, nearly 8 million users have chosen Luyuan electric vehicles equipped with liquid-cooled motors.
At present, there are more than 20 professional and technical personnel engaged in electric vehicle special motor development for more than 15 years. The main research and development are the upgrading and breakthrough of two-wheel hub motor, three-wheel differential motor and four-wheel intermediate motor.
In order to meet the requirements from international market, the Motor Institute focuses on the development of two motors. One is the 12"-14" large wheel diameter with high power high-speed electric motor, including hub motors and mid-mounted motors. The second is for 16-28" PGR motor, which is used for classic electric bicycles, and motor torque is increased through planetary gears.
